Maybe you don't grasp that rape is wrong, no matter what the circumstances.

Agreed. I suppose that the the only relevant thing in the woman's history would be whether she'd made false claims of rape before.

(but I don't think that this is really as common as some people think it is)

Personally I believe there's not much to gain in speculation about something unless we have some strong arguments to back up what we say on a public forum like this. Especially when it's something as serious as accusations of rape.

Let's just hope nobody got raped and that the verdict reflects what actually happened. Regardless if the outcome is positive or negative for Eek.

He´s got a certain pre-history. US authorities know that. Enough to accuse him (wrongfully). You cannot trust them. They dispise everybody.

What a ridiculous claim. It seems more realistic that Mouse IS a multiple rapist, based on the numerous accusations that have been made over the years. Despite what some may think, it's unlikely that "Babylon" goes out of it's way to set up and frame reggae artists, despite what you have seen on TV shows.
Well said

Yes Mick, rape is wrong. This is not new.

US judiciary has a lower quality standard than European.
Even a wrong glimpse or a wrong move may bring a hormon-driven, hysteric, overfed, uneducated US chubby to yell out: Rape.
THAT is wrong. And a crime.

Now you're sounding like the uneducated one.

Not cool, man. That's as bad as saying that Eek must be a rapist because he's a black man.

The Mouse toured the US quite often. He probably slipped through Police's fingers on ganja charges a couple of times. I still don't think it's THAT unrealistic, that they tried to frame him by paying some hooker to say he raped her.

On the other hand... I definitly don't wanna defend a rapist. I know that a lot of artists are criminals, sadly. We reggae lovers are mostly quite "Peace and Love" - but some JA artists aren't. Maybe some of us (including myself) are not really ready to face the truth that some of our "heroes" are infact frickin criminals.

That´s what I think, too.
Cheap success for babylon.
