Collie,
I'd be really interested in the Lion Of Judah doc. u have, i'm a huge collector of reggae/JA/rasta film and have plenty to trade if u want, always looking for new things.
It's funny what u said about "Reggae by Bus" how u labelled it Part 1 yourself when u transferred it to DVD, because this film has been floating round the P2P netwroks for ages now and it is labelled Reggae By bus Pt.1 or Reggae Sunsplash 1978 Pt.1, but i think it is in fact 1979, but theres been alot of people wondering why it go labelled part 1 and if there was a part 2, maybe your copy was the source of the now easy to find file!!
Pete

Hi,
Fortunately I only decoded my copy weekend just gone because of tech issues, so I cannot claim to be the source. The part1 bit could be (A) great minds think alike or (B) fools seldom differ.

Seriously though there is a clip of the Haile Selassie documentary here

if anybody would like to see, its about 22MB.
All the best....

great film, haha tosh and spear are too high to talk, and i like when they are driving in trenchtown and a guy gets up and chases the bus.
the drum circle is cool too, and when clancy eccles "performs" it's hilarious because he just dances and has the mic down at his waist.
i think marley's performance is the best though i like spear and tosh more.
third world was good but i'm not a huge fan of theirs.
who are the djs at the soundsystem

As far as I remember the DeeJays are Michigan & Smiley, but I am sure if I am wrong there will no shortage of posts pointing out my mistake.
Spear interview is best, Marley & Tosh always got more exposure. That was the first time I heard Winston Rodney being interviewed, filled with admiration to this day.
All the best....
