It could only be the one Early B with Wheely Wheely. Early P might be more appropriate, though. :/
I have a sleeveless copy of this LP on the Wheely Wheely Connection label. I think it was pressed about the same time as the Sunset release but I haven't seen any info online. Run-out:
DSR 6488 -A- Millo-B (Music Doctor)
DSR 6417 -B- Pablo Music Doctor

Haha yeah. To be honest I immediately regretted posting the Early cut out because I like him so much and it just felt disrespectful.
Can't place the one you posted. Difficult one.

Not disrespectful I think. The man had humor in every bone of his body so I imagine he'd have a good laugh too. Peter Metro is the only other DJ who has made me laugh so hard. Specifically thinking of his "Canada Cold" and "Richard Pryor Catch a Fire" lyrics.
Regarding my image, it is a Japanese release that is the same as another LP except two tracks.

The answer is...
Frankie Paul - Give the Youth a Chance (High Times)
A 1984 Japanese press of Rich & Poor with the substitution of two tracks. Instead of the two dub cuts you get "Your Love" and "Working in the Sunshine" which I don't think are available elsewhere. Those two tunes are from the same High Times Band sessions and the rhythm for "Your Love" is ruff, but lyrically Frankie is a bit uninspired compared to the likes of "Babylon Man" and "The Right Time". Good stuff still. What makes the disc really worthwhile is the excellent pressing quality. This is the highest fidelity you can hear Frankie's first and probably best album.

My friends say I'm totally crazy for how much I know about Reggae and how many CDs/LPs/Singles I own. I only recognized like two or three covers in this thread. So if I am crazy - then what are you guys?
No disrespect intended here - keep on keeping Reggae alive.
