Basically represnts the act of indirectly throwing out a statements that provoke but doing it in a way that does allow you to be recognised as doin so.

Simualar to the saying grass is always greener, It is almost a warning aginst temptaion, saying what sweet nanny goat (what appears sweet/good) a go run him belly (give him diarrhea/make him feel bad)
