Point is, donnot let you be discouraged by internet it is only 40% of what is out there and nowadays there are still popping up the same tunes and people are putting the represses for free download or on you tube which is the same.

All 40% of the killertunes are there that is true the other 60% not. I have proven it I have put on you tube almost 80 tunes (of substantial quality) at the end of 2011 (when You tube excisted for a while with very big guns) till now and all tunes (or versions) wernt on you tube before and I can put another 80 exclusivly on YT and I havnt got a big collection. That is the truth. So if I can there is allot more to be discovered. Also look at RKR.

Bottom line is I donnot want that 40% but some of the 60%. Hopes it last a lifetime.

O and I'am selling on ebay at the end of august. Some spares itmes some items who are fun to sell and some items to make some cash. Can and willnot give my ebay id because that is advertising.

I have thought long and hard about selling mine recently. Collected over the last 25 or so years I just don't listen to vinyl like I used to. Haven't really bought much in the last three years.
But I just can't do it. I think I would rather sell my kids ( you know I'm only joking). I only really collect albums and whilst I have quite a large cd collection I am a bit of a technophobe and have nothing at all in any other format which is starting to worry me. The thing is, to me, vinyl is the purest form. I can listen to it and visualise the record being laid down,pressed,distributed and sold even. Call me old fashioned but that is as good as it gets.

I've regretted selling a lot of my music collection. I mainly collect reggae vinyl but I also am a big jazz and rock fan. Never sold a jazz record but I have divested myself of several great rock records that I kicked myself for later on. If the money was right...the money is NEVER right. The $8 I pocketed from a sale just doesn't seem to balance against not having the vinyl. As a precaution, I keep a crate full of records in my "maybe sell" bin. It's funny but usually I'll end up picking thru them a month or so later and end up totally digging a certain record!
