Ras rcs. released compilation Mиp-Reggae from around the world in 1988. Ernie wants 49cents for it. It's actually kinda shitty, but the linear notes are informative and the selection of songs and artists is really interesting.
Does anyone know it?

Hey bredrin reggae sounds is big in South Africa where i hail from. The amount of times i`ve been cruising through ghetto`s and hearing reggae sounds blasting out from the local dreads in the area. It`s also a good thing because here there is alot of crime and thug culture here in S.A and if all that is played is gangster rap and the local thug rhythm then the people wich sit back in these shabeens(illegal bars) espicially the youth all they hear is gangster rap wich is influencing there behaviour and creating this sterio type of "i`m tough and girls are bitches, thug life and gangs".This is what most youth start to adopt with this whole hip-hop culture.I am glad to see dread locks blasting out the rasta message in the ghetto wich also helps the chances of some youth listening and enjoying rasta sounds with the religious message.Long live reaggae and the rasta that create it.Jah bless and guide.Rasta
