I've bought a 7" from rastafarirecords and had no problem, but I opted for a parcel with insurance.
You waited too long! Paypal buyer protection expires after 45 days.
Hope you didn't loose too much money ...

Yeah hes been alright for me in the past but like said, unless you have his email or whatever i think its gonna be hard for you to get any claim back now.
