To my knowledge, and according to RA, this is a CD only release.
Is it so hard to get?
Were all the tracks unreleased on vinyl?

I have it on vinyl so it was definitely not CD only. Great collection. Not all tracks were previously unreleased. I think only one or two of the songs were.

Kalcidis, can you tell me what year it was issued?
Same time as the CD?

Sorry for late reply. Didn't see this until now. It says 2000 on the LP. I don't know when the CD was released though. Would guess the same time.

The CD came out in 1995 (Heartbeat). The accompanying dub set is also crucial, it may the only place to inexpensively get the "yard mixes" of "Marcus Garvey" and "Slavery Days" (which to my ears is vastly superior to the versions on the "Garvey's Ghost" LP that Island released).

Thanks for reply. Just wanted to know, if there was an issue around the time it was recorded. Seems not.

i was going to say, hardly the rarest pair.... Third World records can be had by the truckload still.

i wouldn't mind a first pressing of "Aquarius Dub", if we are talking about truly rare. as far as something a little more common, i would really like to have a decent copy of John Holt "Like A Bolt" LP on Treasure Isle or the "Up Park Camp" LP on Channel One, but they keep eluding me, especially for a reasonable cost.

too many to mention - with me its mostly dub LP's in original form. Over the years I've picked up original issues of things like java java java dub (impact), prophecies of dub( prestige), aquarius dub (aquarius) etc but lots more to go - i wouldn't mind finding a copy of randys dub at the local 2nd shop

in relation to "up park camp" - you could look out for its easier to find UK equivalent on Trojan which is titled "roots of holt"
