hello,
I've got this LP and would like to know more about it,
it's called "Reggaenommix" and I think the album title is "New York Sept 84"
The sound of this album is roots rock reggae, the style sounds familiar to me but I can't find no connections to anything I know.

The credits are: Drums: Fabian Cook, Bass: Anthony Allen, Keyboards: Owen Stewart, Guitars: Ralf Frazer & A.Taylor, Perc.: Ras Menelek, Trumpet: Nathan Cohen, Trombone: Neville Anderson, Tenor Sax: Jerry Johnson, Backing Vocals: Gabre Mariam, Veronica Jones, Kufunya, Main Vocals: Gabre Mariam

A album called Regganomics ? with these tracks ?, bill collector, go deh yaka, stand up strong... it must be the LP from "MONYAKA". US band. this album is from 84. but the other album "classical roots" is a true relics, roots sound, nice voices .... you can see the cover of this album on this website.

it has got nothing to do with the Monyaka album Reggaenomics, this is a band called Reggaenommix.

I think it is the core of Wackies houseband Itopia under a different name, so it could be them freelancing outside the Wackies stable under this monnicker.

do you know who produced it, who mixed it and where it was recorded?

Ok, that is some info I was looking for (Wackies).
From my own research I could only find Gabre Mariam who seem to be out of music business right now but still living in New York.
much thanks!
