John public that is very good question because the style of singing is very similair.
I think it is mainly hugh mundell doing the lead vocals because in some songs you can hear ( if you listen closely ) them both ( you over there, my woman can )but princes lady, black sheep and millions miles are by l.castell.jah fire and king of isreal are by hugh mundell for a fact ( I have got it on 12 inch).regards to the main question there is a reggaediscography published in the early eighties in which they mention that there is an album by lacksley castell called "what a geat day " on sufferers heights. I dont know if that's true because I have never seen it Only on 12 inch and as far i am aware sufferers heights only released 12 inch ( the label did not last long ).

its funny because hugh mundell and lacksley castell sound the same because when i bought "jah fire" it seriously thought it was hugh mundell all along but when it said featuring augustus pablo and lacksley castell i was trying to find lacksley's voice and it indeed it was lacksley.

I can confirm that there never was an album on the Sufferers Heights label. I know that discography too which included the 12" by Lacksley Castell as an album but this label released only five 12"s and then shut down. Interesting is it was owned by the reggae-photographer Dave Hendley.

Anyone who's heard either Morning Glory or Princess Lady should definitely recognize Lacksley's vocal style from Hugh's on Jah Fire.

Dread out.
