Bit of a weird request, but I've been trying to ID a cover for a long time now, so I thought I'd try my luck here...

The one on the left being Barrington Levy - Hunter Man. Also spotted in this collection Dennis Alcapone & U Roy - Version Galore Vol 2

So it might well be reggae/dub and that's where I'm seeking your expertise...

Well sorry, but it's just so totally blurry. My eyes hurt after half a seconds of looking at that picture. Maybe you should post a link to the video you got it from.

Some of the guys here would recognize the cover no doubt.
