Junior Murvin voiced this riddim at least three times for Lee Perry. Best known as 'Police and Thieves' the other two songs are called 'Bad Weed' and 'Philistines on the land'. You are looking for this last one as in the lyrics"...philistines are on the land, warning the nation with them nuclear weapon....".
The song can be found on the Pressure Sounds compilation 'Produced and Directed by the Upsetter' (PS CD or LP 19, rel.1998).

There's also the Jah Lion deejay version called "Soldier and Police War", track 2 on side A of the Island 12". (Other tracks on the 12" are Junior Murvin - "Police and Thieves", Glan DaCasta - "Magic Touch", and Upsetters - "Grumblin' Dub")
Jah Lion's cut was also released as a 7" on Island (WIP 6356, the B side is the saxophone version by Glen DaCasta mentioned above).
I think all four versions are on the excellent compilation "Arkology" (
http://www.roots-archives.com/release/304/ ).
