Sugar Me might set you back around £35-£40 (at least thats the price i found it for) and should come up on ebay every few months..
Mix up sold on ebay about 6 months back for under £10 but i missed it so am looking for that one too..
Cant say much about the Pad Anthony but if its up to the standard of the others you mention it sounds like its worth a listen.
If i see them available i'll post up some links.
