It's a song which sounds like 1968-1971 with a quite quick beat. One side as a chorus like:
Nyah don't like Dreadlock
Rasta....
We don't defend dreadlock (?)
It seems more Leslie Kong stuff

The other side has strange lyrics something like paradise donkey was passing by and a chorus with no words but a funny melody "mmm...aaa...mmm...aaa"...
to so much for an ID but the best I can!

I suggest to read differently :
FPA 7921 (or 7927)
