Augustus Pablo - Dub It With Rockers All Stars
this is a copy of an unreleased acetate album produced by Everton DaSilva
that was supposed to be released on his Hungry Town label.
It's most likely ripped from a white label/bootleg.

drums : Noel Alphonso & Horsemouth
guitar : Cleon (Jah Malla)
mixed at King Tubby's

A bootleg is an unofficially released record.
Most times by pirates, so not released by the producer/artist/official label.
