Highly unlikely to be a digital tune as Junior Soul was the name that Junior Murvin used before he adopted his better known name. Derrick Harriot recorded him and one or two tunes can be found on the Chariot series of Jamaica Gold cds.

Hi bmd,
you are absolutely right in pointing out that Junior Soul has been Junior Murvin's early recording name.
But I think the Junior Soul in question is the english reggae artist who did some recordings in the late 70s/early 80s. Most prominent for the rather instrumental 'Soul Man Dub' on Burning Sounds. These recordings are rather mellow stuff. Real name of this artist escapes me at the moment.
