I'll be in London for a week around the end of the year.
Can you suggest me where to go on Dec 31 for a Reggae filled night?

plus theres the usual weekly events but im not sure that they will be on..

Go to Amsterdamn. I've never been anywhere that 'does' New Years Eve parties better! Fireworks, legal herb and a general good vibe. Why would you want to be anywhere else? In fact, why aren't I going there for the New Year???
