Reggae scene in Rome?

I'm going with my class on a school trip to Rome in 4 weeks or so. So I was wondering what the reggae scene is like in Rome? Are there any good reggae parties? 'Cause if so, maybe me and two of my breda's in my class, who are also into reggae music, can sneak out of the hotel and go to a nice sweet reggae party! ;D
Doesn't have to be roots/dub, dancehall (late or early) is also cool.

Don't know if anybody know, but can't hurt to ask!

There should be a party in the basement of the vatican each saturday. DJ Benny spinning some dubplates;)

...rome has one of the biggest scene in italy...just take a look at the walls while going around, u will surely see some poster advising what you're looking for...moreover, if you're lucky enough, it happens to have great reggae artists playing in rome sometimes...not to forget that you're going to visit a terrific city...enjoy it !! ...link me some days before leaving and i can check italian forums for u...
