definetly that s means "the boss" according to the lyrical patois inside the jacket dvd of rockers

the VHS or Rockers has a patois dictionary on the inside cover which u can only see when u have it in a clear case of course, it's full of words that are used in the film.

On the screen menu of the Rockers DVD there is an option to view a list of patois explanations.
