'Dubbin an Wailin' is the dub to 'Wailing of black people' by the Velvet Shadows, whoever they were (rumours are that they were some kind of incarnation of the Matumbi band around Dennis Bovell and fellow musicians). The vocal can be found on another Trojan compilation 'Babylon A Fall Down' (TRLS 290/TRCD 290).
The other one I can't track down at the moment.
